Day of Coordination

Day of coordination will be the behind the scenes element that will create the perfect vibe for your event.  

  • Venue walk through to go over details and desired layout

  • 2  in person meetings – one of which will be the venue walk through

  • Create “day of” timeline for the bridal party, family and vendors

  • Assistance with last minute wedding details

  • Directing the wedding party at rehearsal and wedding ceremony

  • Will be point of contact the day of your wedding for all vendors during setup

  • Distribute bouquets and pin corsages on bridal party, attendants and family members

  • Direct ushers and helpers with seating and program distribution

  • Set-up and styling of all wedding elements (escort cards, favors, guest books, table numbers, DIY elements, etc.)

  • Cue Best Man, Maid of Honor, Parents and honored guests when they are about to give toasts

  • On site coordination and supervision of vendors during reception set-up

  • Overseeing reception activities in accordance with set schedule

  • Distribute final payments and gratuities, as needed, to vendors

  • Arrange for personal items to be gathered in one place for convenient removal and transporting at conclusion of reception
