Budget preparation and maintenance

Unlimited contact via email/phone/video chat from the time of contracting our services

Create “day of” timeline for the bridal party, family and vendors

Research vendor services, accessories and décor items

Assistance with hotel reservations and wedding party attire, if needed

Directing the wedding party at rehearsal and wedding ceremony

Distribute bouquets and pin corsages on bridal party, attendants and family members

Direct ushers and helpers with seating and program distribution

Will be point of contact the day of your wedding for all vendors during setup

On site coordination and supervision of vendors during reception set-up

Cue Best Man, Maid of Honor, Parents and honored guests when they are about to give toasts

Set-up and styling of all wedding elements (escort cards, favors, guest books, table numbers, DIY elements, etc.)

Overseeing reception activities in accordance with set schedule

Distribute final payments and gratuities as needed to vendors

Arrange for personal items to be gathered in one place for convenient removal and transporting at conclusion of reception
